Tired of searching for jobs,a group of graduates from Silvar village of distric Hazaribagh formed a self-help group to venture into farming. This could be an eye opener for some un-employed youth of Goa to takeup farming as the demand for food produce is increasing and huge areas of cultivable fields are lying barren. The Agriculture department has various schemes to encourage farmers .
