SUMMER FOOTBALL CAMP at the Betalbatim Ground

Betalbatim Sporting Club organised a SUMMER FOOTBALL CAMP at the Betalbatim Ground from 8th April 2018 to 21st April 2018. This camp was for boys and girls between the age group of 7 years to 16 years. Over the years Betalbatim Sporting Club has been instrumental in infusing fresh talent into the game of football by organising such summer camps. The Coaches Mr. Bill Mallet, Cady Furtado and Jhonson D'Souza have given their best as always for this Summer Camp.. On the last day the young footballers expressed their gratitude towards their coaches..

4th All Goa Martin's Cup 2017

Betalbatim Sporting Club organises Inter-village Football Tournament 2017 at Club ground. This 4th edition of Martin's Cup is sponsored by Martin's Corner, Betalbatim.

Guardian Angel S.C Curchorem lift winners Trophy

Guardian Angel S.C Curchorem defeated Sao Jose de Areal via tia breaker 5-3 in the All Goa Inter-Village Late Joao Francisco Pacheco Memorial Football Tournament. In the finals played at Betalbatim Sports Complex Ground today, the players braved the wet and slippery conditions on the ground and defended to remain goalless till full time. There were some anxious moments that had the crowd cheer getting the pace of the game in high gear. 

 The Chief Guest Fr. Lucio Dias ( Parish Priest , St. John the Baptist Church, Benaulim & Dean of Benaulim Deanery ) appreciated the effort of both the teams in his address during half time.

Mr. Mickky Pacheco ( MLA Nuvem Constituency )  distributed football kits to teams from Nuvem Constituency. The tournament was sponsored by Mr. Mickky Pacheco . There was a brass band in attendance that kept the festive mood of the crowd high before the start and during the breaks.

Betalbatim Sporting Club win the Bresources Cup 2012 under-14 Cup

Betalbatim Sporting Club stole the show with their excellent ball control and accurate passing as they lifted the Bresources Cup 2012 under-14 Cup  defeating Loyola High School , Margao 4-1 in the finals played on sunday 21st Oct. 2012.

Catch Them Young And Watch Them Grow said Fr. Ubaldo D'Cunha addressing a jubilant sunday crowd as they saw Betalbatim Sporting Club, Betalbatim battle it out with Loyola High School , Margao  in the finals of Bresources Cup 2012 under-14 tournament at SAG grounds . 

The crowd cheered as they saw to their hearts content the young budding future players play their hearts out with breath taking passes as they forged ahead in each others territories . Mr. Clifford Miranda , son of the soil who has made a name for himself in National Football team spoke about dedication to the sport and advised parents to lend support to the youth who wish to develop their skill in the sport. 

All Goa Inter Village Football Tournament 2012

Betalbatim Sporting Club take on Wilred Leisure, Curtorim in finals today at Late Joao Francisco Pacheco Memorial football tournament to be played on Betalbatim Ground at 4.30 p.m. The Tournament is sponsored by Pacheco and family.

Shri. Manohar Parrikar ( Hon. Chief Minister of Goa ) has consented to be the the Chief Guest , Shri Francis D'Souza ( Hon. Urban Dev. & Revenue Minister ) the  Guest of Honour, Shri. Francisco Xavier Pacheco ( Ex-Min. for Tourism & MLA - Nuvem Constituency ) will preside.

The other Special Invitees are Shri. Caitano D'Silva ( Caitu )-MLA Benaulim Constituency; Smt. Nelly Rodrigues - Adhyasha, South Goa Zilla Panchayat; Shri. Wilfred D'Sa -Z.P. Nuvem; Rev. Fr. Jose Ubaldo D'Cunha (Parish Priest, Betalbatim Church); all Sarpanch and Panch members from Nuvem & Benaulim Constituency.

Carmel College , Nuvem will clash with Rosary College, Navelim in the women match at 4.00 p.m before  the show down to the finals. There will be felicitation of Ex-players, members of Betalbatim Sporting Club Mr. Domingos Fernandes , Mr. Madhu Lotlikar and promising youth of Betalbatim in U-14 master Kinglee Fernandes

St. Judes High School Betalbatim into semis

St. Jude's High School, Betalbatim are two stops from staking their claim on the SALCETE TALUKA U-14 INTER-SCHOOL FOOTBALL CUP . Nanu Dhond, Princeton Rebello and Sheldon D'silva booted Our Lady of Rosary High School, Fatorda out via a tie-breaker. Our Lady of Rosary High School, Fatorda tried their best to fight back through successful attempts from Clive Miranda and Cayven Araujo.
