St. Jude's High School, Betalbatim won the Inter School Goan Mando Singing competition 2016 , organised by Social Club Of Betalbatim. Eight Schools participated in the competition. The function started off with garlanding of Mahatma Gandhi by Mr. Ciriaco Cota. The Chief guest was Rev Fr. Waldheim Rodrigues.
Ex-Sgt Menino Cota was felicitated by Mr. Manuel D'Costa for being awarded a badge and a Certificate at the Annual General Body Meeting of Air Force Association in New Delhi. He has been working selflessly to help the ex-air veterans settled in Goa. Menino Cota is known for his personal involvement and devotion in assisting the Ex- air veterans in the state of Goa.
