Minister for Urban Development and sports Shri Joaquim Alemao, President of Betalbatim Sporting Club Shri Isidor Mendes and Chariman Shri Eban Mesquita with both the teams, Verna Sporting Club , Verna and Parish Youth of Nuvem, Nuvem before the kick-off os the Finals at Betalbatim ground on 17th January 2010.
