Government of India under the UJALA ( UNNAT JYOTI BY AFFORDABLE LED's FOR ALL ) Scheme will distribute three LED bulbs free of cost . The programme will be launched by Government of Goa on 8th july 2016. The 9 watt bulbs would be made available to consumers free of cost at 227 places across the State of Goa from July 8 to July 17.
